Technotrack takes close call reporting very seriously and have issued all staff with our new ‘Close call reporting pads’.
We feel that feedback from our ground staff is of utmost importance when it comes to safety and improving the infrastructure.
Our staff are encouraged to raise all issues however trivial they feel they are. All feedback is captured and passed on to the relevant department for action to be taken.
